Payment will only be done with Paypal invoices.

Payment will be required upfront. I will not start until payment is given after accepting your commission. I will start the transaction to prevent accidental transactions.

Refunds scale based on progress. After payment is confirmed and I start the sketch, you may request a refund but will only get a portion of your payment back based on the point I'm in. If you cancel during the lineart stage, I'll refund you 70% of the price. If I'm in the flat color stage, it'll be 50%. If I'm in the simple shading stage, it'll be 35%. If I'm in the rendering stage, it'll be 20%. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, I will attempt to fully refund you myself. Do not do a chargeback, email me if you have any questions or concerns.

Character complexity may increase the price. If the character is more complex, an increase of up to $15 USD may be added.

Commissioned pieces are for personal use only. No commercial use, meaning no using said artwork for profit. Things like icons, headers, or backgrounds are okay. You can post the final piece on your socials as long as you give proper credit!

No using the commissioned piece for training AI or use in NFTS/cryptocurrency. You will not be allowed to commission me again.

I can refuse to accept a commission/client for any reason.

Commissions might be posted, used as future examples in regard to commissions, or be included in my portfolio. If you want your final piece private or would like to be anonymous, please don't hesitate to tell me!

I will not remove my watermark from the final piece.

The final piece will be sent to you as a PNG. Just to be extremely clear, there is no physical product- these are digital art commissions!

Saving/Backing up the file is on you.

WIP (work in progress) updates will be sent. Please provide feedback during these so your commission can be to your liking!

Small changes are allowed at any point. As long as it's reasonable in relation to how far in I am, small revisions can be done. This is stuff like slight color corrections or missing character details.

Large changes are allowed only before I start lineart. This is stuff like whole pose changes or whole clothing changes. i'm only willing to make three large changes max.

My initial response may take 1-3 days while your commission may take 4-18 days depending on complexity, health, and school.

I work based on my queue, so keep that in mind for if it takes me a bit to respond to a commission request or finish a commission.

If you have a hard deadline you want the commission to be done by, let me know upfront! If I don't want to or just can't work with it, I'll make that known.
